I prefer electronic credits to our bank, but I can accept credit/debit card payments for value of up to £5,000 F2F per day.  Please call or email me for my bank account details.

If you are paying by bank transfer, please quote the invoice number as your payment reference.  Please make whatever arrangements suit you best. 

My menu pricing for legal fees outside legal aid is this - 

£100 plus vat £20 = £120. A telephone conversation between you and me during which we can discuss your legal problem, and I can offer legal advice based on what you tell me.  

£300 plus vat £60 = £360. A sit down meeting f2f for one hour with me at my office. In it I will read any papers you bring me, while you are there with me. I will take your instructions and give you legal advice. I will advise you on your next steps, but I will not take any steps in your case. 

£600 plus vat £120 = £720. The above plus advance detailed reading of whatever you send me in advance. 

£900 plus vat £180 = £1,080. The above plus taking next steps in your case upon to an agreed defined limit. 

After that, it is too difficult to estimate future fees because I don't know how much future work will be needed. A lot of work leads to a big bill. Less work gives you a smaller bill. 

Be aware that once I am working outside these fixed fee figures, every phone call and every text and every email costs you money. Think before you incur that cost.
